FLEXIm Host ID (for keyless license files):

This is the 12-digit alpha-numeric string that is listed in the ipconfig information for you computer, and will look something like 00-0A-02-6B-34-5C.

ESRI Sentinel (hardware) Key Number:

This is the 8-digit number on the hardware key, usually starts with a 3. You will need a hardware key to run ArcGIS on your computer if you are not connecting to the license server. Enter "n/a" if you are ordering software that does not require a hardware key.
