We were recently given a list of service tag numbers for machines at OSU which are affected. I have attached that list as a pdf. Please check the service tag number on the bottom of your laptop to make sure your laptop is not on the list. If it is, you should go to the following website for information on how to get it replaced - https://www.dellbatteryprogram.com/Default.aspx.
