In response to the old print server cosprint.science.oregonstate.edu experiencing catastrophic hardware failure we have rolled COSINe users over to the new print server cos-print.science.oregonstate.edu that some COS departments have been using for the last few weeks. This change is implemented through group policy. ONLY WINDOWS COMPUTERS USING THE PRINT SERVER will be effected by this outage and subsequent response.
This change should be silent and all your printers should just work!
NON-Domain print server users please follow these instructions:

If you have trouble printing here are steps that should resolve the issue:
Start --> Control Panel --> Printers and Faxes
Delete the printer in question --> Start --> Run --> \\cos-print.science.oregonstate.edu\ --> find the printer from the list. It will be listed by building and room number --> Double-click the desired printer. If this does not work, contact the Help Desk at 7-5574 or http://my.science.oregonstate.edu/request_help and they will address the issue.
