RESOLVED: IMAP email delays

A denial of service attack on the COS IMAP server, the host that provides user email services, started at ~0930 and caused delays in user access to email. COSINe sys admins have blocked the host that is the source of the DOS attack and the IMAP server is recovering from the excessive connections precipitated by the attack. Users should now experience normal response times.
