Email/Domain accounts
All faculty, staff, and grad students in the College are eligible for an email and Science Domain account based on your ONID username. These accounts provide users with Core IT Services. To request a Science account, fill out the form below. Forms need to be signed by by your Department's Office Supervisor and submitted to the COSINe Helpdesk.
Operating System, Application and Network Support
- Personally owned PCs can be put on the network after we review the installed software licenses and fully patch the OS and the anti-virus software. Some software may be purchased for personal computers while at OSU from the circulation desk on the 4th floor of the library.
- OSU owned PCs are covered by Microsoft's OSU site license for our standard build. Purchase of operating systems from other vendors (e.g. Apple OS/X, Redhat Linux, etc.) are not covered under a campus agreement.
