What if I forget my account password?

If you have forgotten your account password, it must be reset by COSINe Helpdesk. Due to security/privacy concerns, users must come to the COSINe Helpdesk in person, and must have an official photo ID (e.g. OSU ID card, drivers license, etc.). You are advised to call ahead to setup an appointment prior to coming to the Helpdesk office.
