Clearing your web browser cache
In Internet Explorer 6:
Go to Tools, and select "Internet Options".
Click "Delete Files".
Check the box next to "Delete all offline content", then click OK.
In Internet Explorer 7:
Go to Tools, and select "Delete Browsing History".
Click "Delete Files"
Click Yes.
In Firefox:
Go to Tools, and select "Clear Private Data".
Make sure all boxes are checked, then click "Clear Private Data Now"
