Unix Application Server Helps
This document contains the list of applications which are currently installed on the Unix Application server (app.science.oregonstate.edu). This server, is accessible via ssh by connecting to app.science.oregonstate.edu. This machine has 8Gig of RAM and 2 dual-core AMD 64-bit processors.

NOTE: In order to launch an application and use the Graphical Interface, you must have an X Windows server installed and running (such as X11 on Linux or Cygwin on Windows). From a linux/unix machine, simply use the -X (X11 forwarding) switch ie. ssh -X app.science.oregonstate.edu
